Wellness Lunch ’n Learns
Lunch ’n Learn – The Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus presents Lunch ‘n Learn, a series of indoor wellness sessions on valuable health topics. Lunch ‘n Learn presentations are free and open to all employees on the Medical Campus. Stay tuned for the fall 2013 schedule.
Walking on Wednesdays (WOW) 
These guided walks are free and open to all employees on the BNMC and the public. Each week features prizes, giveaways and a different route! Walks take place whether it rains or shines. Stay tuned for the Spring 2013 schedule.
BWI Health Promotion Coordinator Certification
To establish the foundation necessary to successfully implement and manage an employee wellness program, organizations are encouraged to designate a Workforce Health Promotion Coordinator. BWI offers the education, support, and tools needed to start and maintain a wellness program that is specific to each company’s needs. In addition to a 4-hour course, a coordinator manual, downloadable templates, and other tools for implementation, BWI’s experienced wellness professionals provide ongoing support.
