The BNMC is currently hiring an Accounting Manager.

The Accounting Manager assists the Controller with all daily, monthly and yearly accounting tasks.  Key responsibilities include overseeing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, General Journal Management, bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, and financial analysis for the BNMC and its 10+ subsidiary Corporations. Through funding from the Buffalo Renaissance Foundation, the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, Inc. has a limited number of internship opportunities available for qualified City of Buffalo students. The Renaissance Mentoring Program provides students with an opportunity to become a Renaissance Apprentice, gaining valuable, real world work experience through mentoring internships at local organizations.

High School Apprenticeship Program

The Hauptman-Woodward Institute gives high school students the opportunity to conduct medical research in labs, use advanced computer programs, present findings at research fairs, and to qualify to co-author abstracts published in scientific journals. Learn more about the program.

High School Summer Research Program at Roswell Park Cancer Institute

The high school program gives students the opportunity to conduct research and experience the lifestyle of a researcher at an NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center. This is a summer program for high school juniors. For more information and to apply, click here.
