Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus Hosts Career Fair

November 20, 2007 (BUFFALO, NY) – Job opportunities and training programs on and in the neighborhoods surrounding the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus (BNMC) will be the focus of a career fair to be held from 2:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 28th in the Zebro Conference Center in the Buffalo Life Sciences Complex on Virginia Street between Elm and Ellicott Streets.
The event will feature more than 20 organizations, including the University at Buffalo and its Educational Opportunity Center, Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Kaleida Health, Buffalo Employment and Training Center, Buffalo Medical Group, Erie Niagara Area Health Education Center, and Upstate New York Transplant Services.
It will be open to job seekers with or without a high school diploma/GED, associate’s, or bachelor’s degrees. No pre-registration is necessary.
The career fair is being held in conjunction with Ellicott District Councilmember Brian C. Davis.
The event is sponsored by Bank of America, Kaleida Health, Roswell Park, and UB.
