A graduate of the University at Buffalo and Canisius High School, Mr. White has served in several capacities for Tickets.com since the inception of the company in 1996.

First, as director of customer service, he setup call center and customer service operations and formulated policies and procedures for consumer interaction.  Moving to project management, he integrated major clients on to the company’s software platforms - including Major League Baseball teams, arenas and regional performing arts centers -  then, as regional sales director for the Eastern US, he furthered the growth of the company.  Mr. White returned to project management to conceive and implement consumer products including print at home tickets, online account management, and digitial ticketing features such as the ability to transfer tickets by e-mail and re-sell unused tickets in a secure online environment.  He currently works with the company’s largest clients to ensure that business goals are achieved and new technology is implemented to enhance the consumer experience on the Web.

Prior to Tickets.com, Mr. White served as Operations Director at Studio Arena Theatre for several years, as Company Manager for Theatre of Youth and also had a successful career as a freelance theatrical lighting designer and production manager.

Mr. White represents the Allentown neighborhood on the BNMC board, helping to integrate the campus with the residential, dining and shopping opportunities of the adjacent neighborhood to foster a cohesive community among the campus institutions and the Historic District.

Mr. White has been involved in many community initiatives and has received the Business First 40 Under 40 award, among other marks of recognition.
