Clover Management is a real estate development/management company that currently manages approximately 6,000 multi-family rental units, 4,000 condominium units and over 500,000 square feet of commercial/retail space. Clover employs more than 150 people engaged in all aspects of property management including leasing, accounting and property maintenance.

Clover Construction is a full-service construction company that specializes in multi-family construction. It currently has over 1,000 multi-family units under development/construction including Eagle Ridge, a 648-unit townhouse rental project located near Ft. Drum Army Base in Watertown, New York.

Since mid-1989, Mr. Joseph has purchased and/or developed over 5,300 apartment units and over 800,000 square feet of commercial space totaling more than $300 million in Western New York; Erie and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; South Bend, Indiana; Columbus, Ohio; Savannah, Georgia; and the Los Angeles, California area. In addition, Mr. Joseph has developed “for sale” rental and condominium units totaling in excess of $60 million.
